Audit (Equipment and Processes)


The Glass Soft, at the customer's request, has capacity to realize the analysis and technical evaluation of equipment and processes for the maintenance, upgrade or replacement.

The large experience and knowledge of our team in industrial processes allows us present new solutions or corrective measures for the existing systems.

Optimization of resources, power consumption, quality and process efficiency, are some of variables considered in our interventions.

Project


The Glass Soft develops electrical project of equipments, according to the general technical specifications and the legal norms, as well as special conditions that our customers ask us. 

The project is developed using standard EPLAN and from there they take: distribution of material in Q. E., power, control, inputs and outputs of PLC, communication networks, cabling, materials list, between others.

Using our know how and/or in collaboration with our customers we develop electrical project in order to be executed by third parties.

Execution


The electrical panels are assembled according to the project developed internally, and in particular cases can may be provided by the customer.

All electrical panels are subject to quality control in factory, where proceeds to test all components and features. 

We have external assembly teams highly specialized.

Implementation


The implementation in service of equipments is accompanied by specialized technicians.

We program our systems, allowing us to quickly and effictively build solutions "ready to use" to the needs of each customer.

We develop dialogue interfaces man-machine (HMI/SCADA) appropriate to each equipment and that better meet the customer requests, optimizing the operation and facilitating the parametrization of our systems.

Assistance (After Sales / Remote)


During and after the implementation in service we perform actions of technical and operational formation  of installed equipment. 

We guarantee after-sales technical assistance.

Through of continuity contracts we provide ongoing technical assistance based on our customers needs.

The execution of remote assistance allows us to quickly diagnose and eliminate various anomalies.

Maintenance (Preventive / Corrective / Remote)


We provide our customers maintenance actions in electrical panels and other elements of an electrical installation.

We proceed to the replacement of equipment identified with any anomaly or which may compromise the correct functioning of systems.
